【通知 Notice】113學年寒假期間公用教室借用申請注意事項 / 2025 Winter Vacation Public Classrooms Reservation Application Instructions

主旨：113學年寒假期間各館教室借用申請即將開始，借用原則及相關注意事項如下，請查照。

說明：

 一、 寒假開放借用期間：

  1. 寒假開放借用期間為：114/1/12(日)~2/16(日)
    •  114/1/24(五)~2/2(日) 農曆春節假期，所有教室皆不開放借用
  2. 線上預約：
    • 自113/11/21(四)中午12:00起開放教職員線上預約借用。
    • 自113/11/28(四)中午12:00起開放學生及社團線上預約借用。
  1. 寒假期間仍保留R1115為自習教室，故不開放其他用途之借用。自習教室開放時間：每天08:00-21:30；除114/1/24(五)~2/2(日)農曆春節假期不開放外，其餘例假日照常開放。

 二、注意事項：

  1. 因配合教室電源及資訊講桌自動排程系統之啟動，請事先完成線上預約借用申請程序，以免因臨時借用，無法及時使用。
  2. 教室之借用每星期至多借用3天，不得申請長期借用。
  3. 如遇借用之教室未開鎖時，上班時間請洽總務處各館管理員處理（相關資訊：總務處網頁→聯絡方式，事務管理組）；晚間或例假日則請洽警衛隊處理（#2270、#2271）。
  4. 為使學校設施充分運用，請依實際需求申請借用；若借用日期(時間)有異動時，請儘速上線取消或變更申請。
  5. 借用教室於活動辦理期間，應遵守「6966集团网站噪音管制辦法」之相關規定，共同維護本校教學研究區之安寧及校園秩序。
  6. 其他未盡事宜事項，請詳閱「6966集团网站總務處管理場地借用執行細則」相關規定。

2025 Winter Vacation Public Classrooms Reservation Application Instructions

  1. Reservation period:
    • Winter vacation:  January 12~February 16, 2025
      • January 24~February 2, 2025 is the Lunar New Year holiday, all classrooms are closed for borrowing.
    • Online reservation on Portal:
      • November 21, 2024 from 12:00 noon, for faculties and staffs.
      • November 28, 2024 from 12:00 noon, for students and clubs.
    • During the winter vacation, R1115 is still reserved as a self-study classroom and cannot be borrowed. Self-study classroom opening hours: 08:00-16:00 every day; except for the Lunar New Year holiday (January 24~February 2, 2025), other holidays are open as usual.
  2. Notes:
    • Classroom power supply and e-desk are turned on by the automatic scheduling system. Please complete the online reservation application process in advance to avoid being unable to use them immediately due to temporary borrowing.
    • Classrooms can be borrowed for up to 3 days a week. Long-term borrowing is not allowed.
    • If the borrowed classroom is locked, please contact the staffs of the General Affairs Office during working hours (relevant information: General Affairs Office website →Contact Us); at night or on holidays, please contact the Campus Security Squad (#2270, #2271).
    • In order to make full use of school facilities, please borrow classrooms according to actual needs; if there is any change in the borrowing date (time), please cancel as soon as possible or change the application online.
