一、本校依據學生獎勵辦法，為表揚優秀學生之成就，核予金質獎、銀質獎及成就獎，以茲肯定及鼓勵。
二、申請方式：於每學期初學生依規定申請日期前向系所或相關單位提出申請推薦。
三、申請資格：凡符合學生獎勵辦法之規定者，可提出申請並檢具相關證明文件。

In accordance with the Student Incentive Program, our school acknowledges and encourages the achievements of outstanding students by awarding Gold, Silver, and Achievement prizes.
一、Application Procedure: Students are required to submit their applications for recommendations to the department or relevant units at the beginning of each semester, as per the specified application deadline.二、Eligibility: Those who meet the requirements of the Student Incentive Program are eligible to apply and must provide relevant supporting documents.
