Outstanding research results published and has not received any awards above the level of the "Outstanding Teacher Research Performance Award" of the school
Those recommended by departments and institutes (centers) could submit applications.

Application
Execute the research plan of the NSTC in the previous academic year (need to be the host of the project)
Excellent research performance (top 20%) in the previous academic year
Newly-employed Teachers (within three years of employment) never get full-time teaching and research personnel in domestic academic research institutions.
Newly-employed Teachers have worked in foreign academic research institutions in the five years before formal admission.
