【資安公告】個人密碼強制變更通知Notification for Mandatory change of personal password

為配合本校資通安全維護計畫,自2024/5/1起,個人帳號的密碼設定原則,皆需符合以下規定:

  • 密碼長度不可少於 8 個字元。
  • 密碼應具備複雜性,需包含大小寫英文字母、數字及符號。
  • 應至少每 90 天變更1次,最短使用期限為 1 天。
  • 密碼驗證失敗達 3 次後,至少 15 分鐘內不允許該帳號繼續嘗試登入。
  • 個人電腦應設定10分鐘後自行啟動螢幕保護程式或自行登出。
  • 人員離開座位前,應登出個人電腦或鎖定螢幕。

In order to comply with our school's information security maintenance plan, starting from May 1, 2024, the password setting principles for individual accounts must adhere to the following requirements:

  • Passwords must be at least 8 characters long.
  • Passwords should be complex, including uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
  • Passwords must be changed at least once every 90 days, with a minimum usage period of 1 day.\
  • After 3 failed password attempts, the account will be locked for at least 15 minutes.
  • Personal computers should be set to automatically activate the screen saver or log out after 10 minutes of inactivity.
  • Before leaving the seat, individuals should log out of personal computers or lock the screen.
