The Revision of Information Services Regulations

1. 「Usage Policy for Computer Labs at the Office of Library and Information Services of Yuan Ze University 」：Revised and approved at the 22^nd Administrative Meeting, Academic Year 2023, on July 10, 2024。

In response to changes in the M365 Education Edition storage space policy and to maintain the normal operation of the school's Microsoft 365 services. Effective August 1, 2024, only M365 Outlook email functionality will be available to alumni. Other applications will no longer be provided.

Co-hosted by ICANN and TWNIC, this event aims to establish a discussion platform with a diversity of viewpoints from both Asia Pacific region and Taiwanese community to further explore and discuss policies and technologies related to the Internet. The 41st TWNIC IP Open Policy Meeting (OPM) is as a parallel meeting with the ICANN APAC-TWNIC Engagement Forum 2024.

1. 「Yuan Ze University Guidelines for the Network Management of Student Dormitories  」：Revised and approved at the 1^st Information Services Meeting of the 112^th Academic Year dated Dec. 13, 2023。

Microsoft 365 Education Edition Storage Space Change Notification (Source: Microsoft Official Announcement):

1. Starting from February 1, 2023, Microsoft will limit each user to 100 GB of OneDrive storage space.
2. Starting from August 1, 2023, Microsoft will significantly reduce the total storage space for schools to 100 TB, including OneDrive, SharePoint (Teams), and Exchange (Email).
