Replacement of Student easycard

1.If your student ID card is lost or damaged, please go to the Registration Section to apply for a new card during service hours.

2.If you have any money in your old student ID card, please go to the Portal and click "Student ID Card" to apply for loss report and refund.

3.Please check your personal photo on the Portal. If you want to change it, please bring your passport size photo to the Registration Section.

4.Each student ID card copy costs NT$200.

5.Damaged Student ID cards need to be return, and apply for a replacement one.

6.The replacement ID card would be available after seven working days and get it at the Registration Section.

7.Appeal against termination of student status the ID cards need to be return, If lost it you can hold the payment receipt and Guarantee affidavit to complete.

8.Students whose suspensions apply for resumption of studies check by receipt at Section of Registration- Office of Academic Affairs get ID card.
