Introduction
Yuan Ze University was founded in 1989, over the past 34 years, its alumni have spread across the world, with a total number exceeding 56,000. These alumni have excelled in various fields and have made significant contributions to the economic and social development of the country. In order to integrate the alumni associations of various departments, regional alumni associations, and future alumni associations in other countries, under the encouragement and support of President Liao Qingrong and enthusiastic senior students, the "Yuan Ze University Alumni Association of the Republic of China" was established.
Starting from February 2022, 31 enthusiastic senior students were invited to serve as initiators, and alumni Wei Kun-nan was appointed as the initiator representative. The application for the organization was submitted on April 25, 2022, and was approved by the Ministry of the Interior on May 13 of the same year. On November 10, 2022, a preparatory meeting was held for the initiators, and Wei Kun-nan was elected as the chairperson of the preparatory committee. On December 15, 2022, the founding meeting was held, and on February 6, 2023, it was approved for registration by the Ministry of the Interior.
