(4) Qualifications: The candidate must hold a Ph.D. degree in the fields of electrical engineering, electronics, information technology, or communications engineering from domestic or international institutions. Additionally, they should demonstrate outstanding research performance, a strong passion for teaching and service, collaborative team spirit, approachability, and proficiency in English.

(5) Area of Expertise: ●Telecommunication engineering: communication engineering, including advanced communication, software-defined radio, satellite technology, communication networks, and related fields (able to teach courses in communication engineering, signal processing, and mathematics). ●High-frequency technology: microwave engineering, antenna engineering, RFIC design, 5G/B5G communication system design or other RF- and communication-related research areas. ●Artificial intelligence: AI communication networks, cloud computing, edge intelligence, machine learning, digital signal processing, computer vision, natural language processing, and other intelligent information-related fields.
